There is something about capturing moments in a family’s life that has always felt ever grounding to me - I’ve recently heard myself say I have never and don’t think I could ever get tired of this work with families. And I’ve always found it to be especially sweet and eye opening speaking to new parents about their world with a little one. Fair warning - there is a lot of cuteness in this post.

Bronwyn & Marcello were visiting St. John’s for a conference, and I had just driven back from the maritimes to spend this coming winter in Newfoundland (my third winter here)! We had a one day window between my arrival and their departure. We were met with a classically foggy day that broke slightly as we began to head up the beach. I couldn’t have asked for a sweeter welcome back to a place that I feel is so special than to take some photos I hope will only feel more special as the years go on.
