The Violette Wedding

I didn’t even remember the rain until I was sorting through and editing their photographs a couple of weeks later. It felt like nothing could have gone wrong that day. Weddings that I photograph always seem like a bit of a blur to me, and all I could account from my memory was the fullness of joy you couldn’t not feel witnessing something so true and beautiful as these two marrying each other.

For as long and as well as I’ve gotten to know Nicki and Joel, I can say they are two very kind, gifted, and genuine people as whole together as they are as individuals. And I think that is what makes them so great. It’s one of those situations where you’re like “how the heck did two people on eachother’s level of total awesomeness find each other?” Well folks, they did. And this was their wedding day.
